The All-India Fine Arts and Craft Society (AIFACS) is holding a unique photo exhibition by veteran cameraman-cum-photographer Sharad K. Verma titled as ‘Smiles of the North East.’
The veteran television journalist Sharad Verma, 65, was widely known as ace sports and current affairs videographer till AIFACS took notice of his exploits as a monochrome photographer.
‘Smiles of North East’ was recorded by just one still camera by capturing only, and only, smiles.
While speaking to NewsGate, Sharad Verma said that after overwhelming response from his inaugural photo exhibition, he now plans to go-ahead with his long pending ‘landscapes of the north-east’ project.
The ‘Smiles of the North East’ has 47 large exhibits and remains open till 26th at AIFACS.
