After keeping the entire world on tender hooks and after Donald Thrunp’s threat to ‘wipe out the entire civilisation of Iran’, cease fire was announced in the Persian Gulf region.

Iran has agreed to open the Strait of Hormuz.

USA has agreed to Iran’s 10-point plan that apparently includes America leaving all its military bases in the West Asia’s Persian Gulf region.

It was formally stated that the Iranian side has accepted US President Donald Trump’s peace plan and agreed to safe passage via the Strait of Hormuz for next  two weeks as well as a pause in military operations.

It was also agreed that senior leaders from US and Iran will hold their in-person meeting in Islamabad, Pakistan for give effect to the peace plan.

What has also been agreed, according to Iran’s media reports that Tehran will now leavy a $2 Million ‘passage-fee’ every ship passing through the Strait of Hormuz.

Twenty percent of the global crude oil trade happens through the narrow Strait of Hormuz, a small passage of sea that is controlled by Iranians.
