Early on Saturday morning that is on 28th of February 2026, in a coordinated attack US and Israel launched attack on the capital city of Iran.

In a televised speech, the US President Donald Trump stated that both USA and Israel have attacked Iran and asked the people in Iran to stay in-doors during the bombing.

Explosions were heard in Theran after Israel claimed that it has launched a pre-emptive strike.

This has by all means pushed the Middle East into a new phase of military confrontation as diplomatic efforts could not reach a solution to Tehran’s long-running nuclear dispute with the West.

“The State of Israel launched a pre-emptive attack against Iran to remove threats to the State of Israel,” Defence Minister Israel Katz said.

Sirens were sounded in Tel Aviv as Israel warned of the “possibility of missiles”.

“In the last few minutes, sirens were sounded all throughout Israel, with an advance instruction alert directly to cellular devices to stay within proximity to protected spaces. This is a proactive alert to prepare the public for the possibility of missiles being launched toward the State of Israel. The IDF emphasizes that the public is requested to stay in proximity to protected spaces,” the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) said in a statement.
